What do you inspect?
We inspect all eight items in full: SOH, SOC, Rack/cell voltage, cell temperature, charge/discharge power, BCP supply voltage and insulation resistance/CMV.
If the BMS reads normal, do I still need a diagnostic?
Even with a normal BMS reading, SOH trends, cell spread and temperature drift surface only in separate analysis. An independent diagnostic becomes the basis for warranty and safety decisions.
How is this different from the O&M and pre-inspection services?
This is a one-off comprehensive diagnostic covering eight items. For sites already in operation it complements the battery checks in PV/ESS O&M Premium; for new deployments it complements the battery checks in Pre-installation Inspection Premium.
How do I receive the results?
As a comprehensive diagnostic report with per-item verdicts, supporting data and remediation recommendations; warranty-drift ranges are supported with manufacturer warranty-based service.
