Review & site visit
Review documents and operating status, then visit the site in advance to fix the inspection scope.

Contract & inspection
Perform the tiered inspection, metering, thermal imaging and precision diagnostics (EL/IV/drone).
2-5 days - Step 04
Diagnostic report
Deliver a diagnostic report — Standard with recommendations, Premium with risk quantification.
